"Hannover Messe 2018" is opening from 23 April to 27 April at Hannover Convention Center, Germany.

The Intelligent Manufacturing "Super-Demonstration-Line" that based on Artificial Intelligence Technology Applications at Haier CosmoPlat Booth consists of 6 work stations with 10 production processes, which achieved multi-model mixed-line production with high efficiency. What displayed in the "Super-Demonstration-Line" is full process interconnections - a typical Intelligent Manufacturing solution.

Haier CosmoPlat formed a complete Industrial Internet worldwide eco-system that centers on clients needs with mass customization where users participate in the full processes. On one hand, global enterprises from Germany, America such as DOW, Diehl, PAS, DHL, Phoenix, Festo etc. settled on the CosmoPlat platform; on the other hand, premium resources parties from Germany, Japan, Swiss, Israel, New Zealand etc. also developed effective Industrial Internet solutions on the platform. In security, CosmoPlat together with Japan SELTECH developed embedded virtual intelligent security system to provide safety control on their production and operations data for the enterprises settled on the platform; as regards the platform construction, CosmoPlatcooperates with Israel startup 3DSignals jointly developed equipments predictive maintenance solutions based on voice detection and big-data Artificial Intelligent algorithm processing.

In the meanwhile, to make it easier to join in the platform formore of European enterprises, Haier CosmoPlat collaborates with Fraunhofer IPK to found the Sino-Germany Intelligent Manufacturing Joint Innovation Center, which would strengthen Sino-Germany Intelligent Manufacturing technology communication accelerating enterprises transformation and upgrading.

Furthermore, Haier CosmoPlat will also associate with German Smart Plant Association to together found world first AI Lab for Intelligent Manufacturing segment, researching coverage including manufacturing big-data, manufacturing activity cognition, image recognition and robots innovation etc.; therefore, Haier CosmoPlat got its own "Home Base" in Europe as well, which is not only favorable to further deepen Sino-Germany industry communication but also be of help to spread from Germany to Europe even globally empowering more of enterprises to speed up upgrading processes.

So far, Haier CosmoPlat has successfully constructed 9 interconnected plant samples, which has been replicated to building & Ceramics,household, agriculture and garment of total 12 industry sectors, 11 territories and 20 countries serving 320 million users and 3.9 million enterprises worldwide, with 313.3 billion turnover; production non-in-stock rate (Build to Order) up to 69%, shortened 50% of order lead time as well.
