New AQUA Cooler Released in Japan
On May 16, AQUA - a brand of Haier – released a whole new series of COOL CABINET in Tokyo, which could meet the diversified needs of users through free switch among the modes of freezing, cooling and zero. Before releasing, AQUA held a press conference for the new product in Tokyo on May 15.
With A Pretty Face, New Product Perfectly Integrated into Households
The lifestyle of the Japanese users is gradually changing in recent years. On the one hand, the number of families with couples both employed is increasing, and their demand for cooling products grows; on the other, new gathering activities emerge, such as family parties, their requirement for home appliance is even higher. As a result, the new type of column cooler is developed by AQUA to bring new experience to users in the local market.

It is known that the COOL CABINET series include two types of coolers, namely AQF-GS15G and AQF-GS13G. They are both cuboid-shaped with sharp features, elegant black appearance and glass flats and front doors that are invented for the first time, providing experience of multiple scenes not only in the kitchen, but in the guestroom and bedroom as well.
All the time, people believe that refrigerator and cooler must be put in the kitchen, which has become stereotype.Tsuneki Yoshida, COO of AQUA Japan said, We wish to overwhelm that mindset with the new product and bring new changes to people's lives.
High Performance: Free Switch among Three Modes
Apart from the appearance, the new product also boasts high performance – free switch among freezing, cooling and zero. Users are able to choose different modes based on their unique demands. Besides, the new product has the functions of fast freezing and automatic de-frosting that increase the overall experience. It is also able to mitigate noise, addressing the problem of noisy sound with old types of refrigerator and can be put in any corner of the house.
Yogo Yamamoto, planning director for AQUA cooling products said that the free-switch meets different requirements of users: storing bulk of frozen food or putting the cooler in the bedroom or guest room so as to enjoy delicious food anytime and anywhere.
Popularity: Ignite the Market with Cross-Sector Cooperation
Notably, AQUA is engaged in cross-sector cooperation with RIZAP COOK, a famous training company for cooking. During the press conference, Shinya Matsuo,marketing director of RIZAP COOK was present and held a small foretasting activity, trying to promote the new cooler to the participators.

Besides, based on the furnishings that overwhelm the traditional concept, first free-switch property between three modes in the industry, and long-term stable cooperation with a famous food company, the product was sold by over 10 distributors on the very first day.
